Hard work - great results

Great DVD. Bought as a replacement as my last copy got damaged. Great for keeping fit and helps with weight loss.

PUMP IT UP HIGH ENERGY

I HAVE TRIED THE PUMP IT UP AND DANCE DVD AND ENJOYED IT ALOT THE IS A GOOD COUPLE OF NOTCHES HIGHER IN THE FITNESS STAKES AS IT IS VERY HIGH SPEED AND YOU NEED TO HAVE MASTERED SOME OF THE STEPS PREVIOUSLY, ITS HARD GOING REALLY PUSHES YOU TO YOUR LIMIT. Pump It Up Hi Energy ministry of sound BNIB DVD NEW

This is one of the best pump it up dvds for me some sophisticated dance moves which makes you feel as if you are not exercising-just having fun. Some sexy moves that you can try out with your partner. They have the warm up & cool down sections that are beneficial to do before you take part in the routine. When I 1st did it I got puffed out a lot which is good & then you get used to it. Actually I had this dvd before which helped me to lose 10 stones & sold it on Ebay. The person who led the dance moves was quite good & wasn't patronising at all. Some great tunes. I would recommend this for people who want to get fit. High-Energy Work-Out - Not For The Feignt of Heart!

Great high-energy work out, that's actually fun!! Seperated into 5 sections (warm up, burn it up, dance it up, tone it up and cool down) the whole session takes approx one hour - enough, believe me! There is a function whereby you can choose your own workout, cutting out certain parts... you might want to do that with the dance it up section if your an amateur like myself!! That's the only down side, some of the moves are WAY advanced, requiring a great deal of coordination, and there isn't much room for error (moves are demonstrated quickly, and only once). pump it up - high energy, workout dvd

i orgionally had the minestry of sound, pump it up- beach body. after doing that dvd i decided to go for a harder higher enegry work out and that is just what this is. it has a fantastic sound track, there are different sections which you can choose to do or miss out. it is such an energetic work out but using relativly simple exercises.

the choriography is quite complex in parts and i realised from this dvd that i have no coordination, but after a while you pick it up and it is a fantastic workout.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

ministry of sound high energy pump it up 2006

Did it last night for the first time , quite good but hard to keep up with instructor, did the whole dvd and i was sweating .
the cool down is very good all the stomach crunches.
this dvd not for the faint hearted.
but i am a big fan of ministry of sound workout dvd's, i also have pump it up 2008 also excellent.
worth what i paid for it.

Pump It Up, Work it off!!!!

I love the music on this workout. I basically bought this dvd because i didnt want to buy a workout with B-list celebrities (if you can call them that) and i wanted something a bit different.
My friend had the original pump it up workout dvd from a few years ago, so i thought i would give this new one a try.
The dvd has a simple to use main menu, which you can go back to at any thime and also some added features. The warm up section and the cool down section are my favourites, they are each about 10-15 minutes long. The Burn it up, Dance it up and Tone it up are equally as good, but took me a few times to get used to some of the moves.

Overall, this is a great workout dvd if you want good fun, music and no cheesy celeb wannabe's!Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Seriously hard work!

This dvd was the first exercise dvd I had bought and if you are looking for a decent one the pump it up dvd's are really good.
I don't class myself as particularly fit, although being at uni I do do a lot of walking, and this dvd really is a challenge. It took bout five goes to fully master all the moves and it isn't explained well enough or with enough time. However, once you have mastered them, and i'm no dancer, it is a really good fast paced work out with good music.
I did it for ages and didn't really get bored of it but I would recommend getting some of the other pump it up dvd's the first one being the best!Vollständige Rezension lesen...
