Has great features and safer.
This is exactly what I was looking for. I am going to enjoy canning when the garden produces all the veggies we planted this year. Thank you for making such a great product. safe and easy
i gave presto 12 quart digital pressure canner a great use pressure canning my vegetables from the garden this fall season.. i recommend that you do your homework on this product. Game changer for canning
Awesome canner. Game changer in both pressure and water bath canning. Highly recommended, if you can find one. I looked for months before finding it on eBay.

Love it!
I'm an old guy who's been canning since I was a boy. I remember helping my Grandmother, my Mom, my wife, and now I'm on my own. I'm not a 'newbie' to pressure canning. This digital electric pressure canner is an absolute game changer. Why? As an official 'old guy' I sometimes tend to doze off a little in my chair in the evenings. Needing to constantly monitor and regulate the flame under my big canners seemed a little risky to me sometimes. I like to process a canner batch in the evenings. Now, all I need to do is get everything ready, and when it tells me to put on the weight, I can go away with total confidence. The canner takes over from there. Perfect! Just the safety and the convenience are enough for me to recommend this. I still have my big canners, and when the garden is producing like crazy (right now!) I still use them for bigger batches. This Pressure Canner takes all the guess work out. Read the instructions and, even as a beginner, you are good to go! I use it almost every day since my purchase.

It came early, so we used it right away. So easy to use. Just set the time for what you are canning, and it does the rest. Absolutely love it.
