A sublime score!
It is becoming increasingly harder to describe to a modern audience why these soundtracks are so special. They are like modern-day symphonies, sometimes telling their own story through the medium of orchestral music. As someone who appreciates the art of composition I find this to be a beautiful recording, elegant, yet percussive when it needs to be in telling the story, albeit in musical form, of the eruption at Pompeii back in the days of Classical Antiquity.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
