This is for a niche market. If you’re looking for one, you probably know this. I found the exact model I wanted, and it worked! Seller had all appropriate components. Beware buying one with just the main triangular phone piece. You need the wall mount and appropriate LAN cord to connect it right. Mine had all those, but some are sold without. I upgraded and like the newer version . You can see the number you are dialing. I use it at home al lthe time so I have my hands free to continue working and have great volume that I can hear

Works very well even with my cellphone on conference calls. It is an older unit but was very presentable on the conference table and sound quality was excellent. Can't control volume
There is no way to reduce the volume to zero. This is a well documented problem on-line and there is apparently no easy fix for it.
