BRILLIANT FILM VERY VERY FUNNY MOST FILMS ARE NEVER AS GOOD AS THE FIRST ONE BUT WITH THE POLICE ACADEMY ALL THE FILMS ARE GOOD AND CONSISTENCE EVERY CHARACTER IS FUNNY

The original and best

I love this movie, the irreverence, poking fun at authority! It's slapstick at it's best, also i got the 20th anniversary edition - loved all the interviews with the cast and crew.
A great buy.

Police Academy re-mastered

This is a timeless classic comedy. Mahoney and the gang sign up to the POlice Academy remember Harris geting stuck up a horses backside? And Lassard being seen to by the prostitute and Lassard thinking its Mahoney? The laughs are still there even now. A great back the scenes insight on how the movie was made and how popular it is. Steve Guttenberg who plays Mahoney hasn't aged a day since wow.

i purchased the film because my daughter liked it. we enjoyed watching it. we have also bought police academy 2 and 3
