Temple of the Sea

This one stars Manaphy, a new legendary Pokemon in the Diamond and Pearl games. This movie also introduces the Pokemon Rangers who protect Pokemon and are able to borrow a Pokemon, not capture, and use it to do whatever they wish, but it's still basically wild. Manaphy befriends May, and see's her as its 'mommy' when it hatched from it's egg that the Pokemon Ranger stole from an evil pirate who plans on using Manaphy to find a lost under sea city, he chases them throughout the whole movie. This one is good, but not my favorite. I recommend it for any Pokemon fans.

The 2 disc set comes with the special Pikachu adventure on the second disc, which is about 10 minutes long. It's like the rest of the Pokemon shorts, it features just the Pokemon and no humans.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Broken product

The DVD was broken. I could watch maybe 60-70% of it until the video would freeze at the same spot every single time I tried. When I would fast forward, it would immediately and abruptly end up at the end of the movie. I unfortunately am unable to watch all of itVollständige Rezension lesen...

A heartwarming family friendly Pokemon movie.

May & Manaphy's relationship is very loveable and while I always found May as an annoying character when I was little, I think she shines better in this movie as a likeable and female lead. Similarly to the Jirachi movie the main lead is someone other than our main protagonist, Ash Ketchum as he plays as a secondary / supporting role in this film with the main leading character being his female companion, May. May doesnt take too much screen time from Ash though you do get a feel for who the main focus is right away.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Broken Dvd

I’m sure the movie would have been great, but the DVD came unsecured in the case and was all scratched and mangled, so Iw as not able to enjoy the movie.

I(f you children like Pokemon stories, this is one for you!

My youngest daughter (4) found this movie too scary, but my older daughter (7) loved it. They are both very into Pokemon, playing the games, collecting the cards, watching the movies. But I found the best part of this DVD was the Bonus DVD, Pikachu's Island Adventure. Both girls LOVED this movie, it is a shorter film and focuses on the Pokemon themselves not the people.
