Plantronics Starbase SB2010 Desk Great hardline Phone for Office

This phone has great features, It has 19 memory pre-sets. It has Volume and mute controls for the headset. It has a hold button and speaker capability.
I needed this to start a training class for a new telecommute job I had just landed. Starting April 5, 2016.
I am disabled and a little hard at hearing. This has excellent noise cancellation attributes and was exactly what I needed as required by my new employer. They work perfectly with the Binaural Headset I was required to have to accept the job. This phone which I was also able to obtain from the same seller.
