Provides relief
So far this cream has been pretty good to me. The reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because I haven't seen much change in the appearance of my varicose veins, but I have only been using it for 3 weeks. It is recommended to be used for 6 and by then I hope to see some improvement. However, it does provide a lot of relief from the pain of the veins. I almost didn't buy the cream because of reviews about the smell - I honestly don't think it's that bad. Wonder cream!
I bought this cream after doing some research on the Internet. I suffer from "golfers vasculitis" in the heat. When I go abroad it us always at it's worse. Horrid purple rash from the ankles upwards. Nothing has ever stopped it from occcuring or helped reduce it. This month I went to Gran Canaria. It was hot. 28/29 degrees. We walked miles. Up hill and down. And........ NOTHING. No rash or even a single purple spot.
I started applying 2 weeks before we went and continued applying to my lower legs whilst there.

Save your cash!
I am very disappointed with this expensive pot of cream. It doesn't make any difference to my thead veins or arthritic aches. Save your money.
