Park tool bicycle work stand, get one.
This is a well made product, have wanted a park tool bicycle work stand for ages. Have not been disappointed with this .

Very hard wearing than the more expensive Stands by other companies, swivel sticks on occasion, but not when the bike is on. Very strong and adaptable stand even in a busy workshop! Buy one!!
