I am quite pleased with this DVD ! I saw this movie several years ago and could never recall it's title, only the content and it was a GREAT movie ! This is a good one to watch for all potential landlords ! One of those movies most folks don't know about..
This film is one of those that kind of flew under the radar in the early 90's; great stars, not much fanfare. Michael Keaton plays the bad guy in this turn, and most convincingly. Scary and Entertaining
Scary and entertaining. If you like Michael Keaton's Batman and Beetlejuice, you will love this movie.
If you are thinking about becoming a landlord, I highly recommend seeing this movie.
<br>Be sure to look for Tippi Hedron (Hitchcock's "The Birds") cameo. Tippi is a movie Icon... as well as Melanie Griffith's mother.

Edge of your seat movie
