Pentax K-1 is amazing
I used to own a Pentax K-3 which was an amazing APS-C camera, quite possibly the best. I wanted to move on to a full frame camera so I got a Nikon d610 which felt like a step down after the K-3 in usability. So I finally decided to shell out a few more bucks and get the K-1 and boy!! it is a great camera. Usability is extremely high. The in-body image stabilization is a Godsend.
Most Nikons don’t have IBIS and for handheld shooters with not-so-stable hands like me, a lot of shots come out blurred especially in low light.
With the K-1, it’s a breeze.

No Need To Scroll Through Menus To Operate This Camera
I've been using mirrorless cameras for so long, I forgot how great the image quality was that a DSLR could produce. Great camera, and also performs without issues in the rain. The Pentax
K-1 is a heavy beast (i forgot how much a quality DSLR weighed) but the image quality and ease of use due to the abundance of buttons and dials on the camera is very much welcomed. There is no need to scroll through countless menus to operate the K-1.
Initial shutter count was only 6760.

K1 bliss
Awesome camera and a definite winner for landscapes and portraits. I like the heft, ergonomics and building of this thing. Can't keep up with flagship Canon and Nikon full frames in focus speed, accuracy and refresh rate. But at half the price, who cares! Good for cold weather and snow.
Overall an excellent product. I've used this camera in tempreatures of 20F to aroundd -15F, in heavy snow, and not had many problems. Battery life gets lower in the cold, but the mechanics of the camera hold up extremely well and work reasonably good with thick gloves on. It's just reassuring to work with a piece of gear that I can get a little wet and not worry about it breaking on me. The Pentax K 1 is excellent
Pentax quality and is so easy to use plus the Raw image quality is very good and find myself doing less post processing.

Absolutely great product. I can use my old pentax K and KA old lens in Full frame, no more ASP-C
