This was a pretty simple installation. I was frustrated for a while. I later realized I had the adapter plugged in backwards. Very easy mistake to make. Don't waste your money

Wait for the redesign that is coming out. I couldn't get this one to work with a Soundstream radio and a simple Honda resistor bridge swc. While their tech support was fantastic, after 2 hours on the phone I decided this unit is garbage and needs replaced/redesigned. The Metra Axxess unit I ended up using is plug and play and can be updated and programmed with your phone. Soundstream uses the same swc protocol as Kenwood. Vollständige Rezension lesen

durable encasement, high grade wiring.

Actually haven't installed it yet, although I can tell it is of good quality build and worth the price paid. This comes with all the wiring you need to hook into your OEM system, easy instructions and you will have your steering wheel volume buttons working just fine. I put double din touch screen in mine with a different cheaper hookup, works fine except no volume buttons capable, so I am changing it out with this PAC Swi to fix that little nuisance.Vollständige Rezension lesen

SWI-RC Steering Wheel control interface

The PAC SWI-RC was easy to install, the installation information documents were easy to understand. Programming the unit was very easy.

Easy to install. Looked intimidating when first got out of the box due to all the wires but turned out to be super easy to understand. Instructions were a bit confusing but after I went on pacs website and downloaded the install instructions for my blazer it was easy to wire and program it with in 30 minutes. I would buy again and highly recommento download install instructions from pacs website to make the install easier to do compared to the instructions that came in the box. I used this product with the installation of my new kenwood touchscreen install. At first it was overwhelming with all the wires and papers in the box. Once you read all the instructions for your vehicle you only end up using 5 or 6 wires. Pretty simple really.
