Oregon brand is plain and simple good quality period. I've been able to sharpen their chains easily and consistently. Files I've used cut well without huge pressure needed. I tend to cut a bit of the Handel spike to shorten, but only enough to still get good purchase in the orange Handel's by them. You just can't beat Oregon tools. The handle fits the hand nicely and makes using the cut file much easier. These files last a long time as well. I highly recommend this kit.
