Optifast is extremely good in giving you excessive weight loss in a minimum amount of time. But what I have realized is it is only one leg of the journey of weight management. What was essential is after the Optifast phase, I met with a dietician to help me understand what was the best approach to meal planning and eating. When you get to the point and realize that you are grossly overweight And need to take immediate action to change your lifestyle then this product is definitely for you. Great product. I went on the optifast program under doctor supervision and lost a lot of weight. I buy it now to make a super vitamin shake for lunch. I add some fiber powder to it as well and it makes me feel full until dinner. It helps keep the pounds off and cholesterol low. Vanilla is my favorite and taste very good. Good and tasty meal replacement
I have used this mix to lose weight. Works great and, when used as directed, you will feel full and nourished. I do recommend a hearty portion of greens and magnesium to avoid constipation.
