BIG PAIN TO RENEW WITHOUT PAYING $85

I have been using Norton 360 and it's variations for 13 years and it's done a great job of protecting me from all sorts of threats. Especially when traveling and using motel internet connections. The only thing I hate about it is renewing/continuing my subscription each year.

If I was to use the auto renewal option it costs $85 per year. So I go this route every year, buying a subscription to add to my existing one and saving $60. They hate that and make it extremely hard or impossible to add the new one to the end of the current one.

I got to the point where I would get help from a rep by chat or on the phone to extend my subscription. This year even that didn't help!! So I have to wait until the last day of my existing subscription to add the new one to my account without losing the time left on the existing sub. I can't just add the new one on to the existing one before it ends without losing whats left of my current one. Greedy bastards want that extra $60. No matter if you are a long time, faithful customer with a 13 year long relationship!!

Just know that when you activate the new one, it starts then. IT IS NOT ADDED ON TO THE END YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION!!

If you buy the new one a month ahead of time and activate it, you lose that month till the end of your current one!

Norton protected for years , they improve make updates and keep us safe. New installation was a snap ,they have all the info needed from a past Norton program.very reliable

Norton 360 Purchase

So far it seems like the product is working as it should. Had some issues with the install, had to do it more than once to get it activated/registered. Satisfied so far.

Norton 360 Security Setup

I was able to install and setup the parameters within Norton to satisfy my goals. (I've been in IT since 1975, using PC since 1982).
