Taking it back to basics
If you are looking for a phone to text, make calls, and not have to charge every other hour, then look no further. This is a great classic phone which does all the basic task that phones are really intended for. The main benefit of this phone is the long-life battery, which is partially due to the limited functions of this model, meaning battery life isn't exhausted trying to power a large high-quality interface or internet browsing etc. The only improvement I would make to this would be a slighty larger screen, as then menus and navigation would become easier. The feel of this phone is great, providing easy touchpad facilities and appearing to be fairly durable and tough. Great little simple phone
If you just want a basic simple, no-frills phone then this is a great little pocket number.... Small, very light, easy to use, light on features just what I was after.
Needed a new handset for work to replace a broken one, main requirement was that it had no camera for security reasons (that limits things hugely these days..!), and good battery life. Only needed for phone calls and texts.
For around £25 this model fits the requirements totally, have only charged it once so far and after 3 days it's still showing full charge..! My other nokia (an X6) barely lasts the weekend!... (on that note they both are compatible with the same chargers also!)Vollständige Rezension lesen...

I bought nokia 1208, it is light weight with soft buttons. It has long talktime and standby, means battery is long life. It has built in tourch which is very brighter, you don't need any tourch if you have this model. If these model unlocked than it accept 3network sim card but remember it is not 3g phone.Its price is £15 to £24.99 what do you think at this price when you buy a mobile phone.

Basic Nokia Mobile Phone 1208
A typical Nokia in that the menus are logically arranged and easy to follow without referring to the user manual. Some brands of mobile can be quite illogical to use.
As with all mobile phones durability is always a problem. I find Nokia better than average with regard to durability, hence, not an excellent rating.

ok this is certainly not nokias top end phone, its a cheap and cheerfull item
mainly for pay as you go deals aimed at youngsters, however it has some good points, its light!!, easy to tuck away in any pocket, the menu is pretty easy to
self navigate making it a good choice for the senior citizen phonophobic,and its cheap enough not to shed a tear about when you get drunk and lose it, also

great phone.nice and easy to use.recommended for first time users.its a light phone and easy to carry.battery life is excellent no need to charge for about 5 days.colour screen a++++++

The Nokia mobile phone works perfect and it's good to all GSM networks. I bought it for my wife, because her old one had broken and she prefered the same model because it's easy to manage with it.

Basic no frills phone, easy to use, good value for money. User manual lets it down, not very helpful, I had to Google to find out how to lock the key pad.
Nokia 1208 Mobile PAYG
After the dog ate my original phone, I decided to look for the exact same model on ebay. All I had to do was put in the model number and 'hey presto' a seller appeared with the one I was looking for.

The mobile phone is a very good quality. Compared to a samsung it has got very good battery life. Also it is very basic to use, this is good becuase it is also very clear to see on the screen.
