It was a fixer upper but that’s to be expected, it was in good condition
Well, the description said working-tested... and while it powered on it wouldn’t read any cartridges. I cleaned the cartridge contacts I. The GameBoy up right and it played Kriby, so that’s good.
I opened it up, and, lo and behold, the button contacts were worn so thin they crumbled in my hands!!! But old products like these are definitely unpredictable and I’m glad it came in the condition it did. Definitely needs some work tho.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Original memories restored
Overall happy and great product. Screen has a vertical dead-cell but it’s far right and not major so seems “deal-with-able”. Despite that, we have a carrying bag, a few more games, and my kids are experiencing the same magic I did years ago. Much appreciation for this one!Vollständige Rezension lesen

New game for a new generation.
We had bought a long while back one of this in the flea market but the screen was broken , my son wanted one and is his now his to play,I have bought games for it and now he can enjoy them, Thanks!

Absolutely AMAZING!

Great piece of history
The Game Boy is a wonderful piece of technology, it allowed players to finally have console quality games on the go. The games, like the first two Super Mario Land, Donkey Kong Land, and so on, haven't aged that badly as well.Vollständige Rezension lesen

This was a birthday present to myself and I couldn’t be happier. It works great! Screen is a little wacky but I can still play and see what’s going on so I’m not complaining.
