The color of this controller is flooding me with nostalgia.
While opening the controller was a tedious pain to go through, along with the awful-smelling plastic (I'd recommend using a pair of scissors). Even though I'm not fond of the actual color itself, it does feel nostalgic to using a platinum GameCube Controller again after having two of them that had the skin of the control sticks peeled off a long time ago, (seriously it hurts) it's still nice to use a freshly made brand-new 22 year old controller. Works well for a pre owned controller.
The controller works very well and both analog sticks are very snappy, tight and responsive, which is exactly what I was looking for in a new smash bros controller. All of the buttons work fine and I've not had any issues so far. Likely deception within the details.
In addition to the known issues, it seemed like it was very unlikely that he didn't know about the analog drift that 5/6 of the controllers had since the moment you plug one in it will move on its own despite being in the neutral position. While I did agree to all of this it still seems more of an underhanded trick to mention only a few known issues when in reality there were more that simply cannot be overlooked.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Notched controller
Well I bought a custom GameCube controller with notches so naturally I’ve been playing melee with it. It’s been preforming quite well. Triggers feel so fine and the joy stick is tight but not too tight. The notches, wile crude looking, are functional and help give a better sense of direction and precise inputs on the D pad. Only problem with it is it doesn’t sheild drop well on lan and sometimes on slippi as well. It has what looks to be a slightly different notch on the left side to sheild drop so maybe it’s a lefty. unfortunately I shield drop on the right side. Vollständige Rezension lesen
