Wow great H.I.T workout

Love this "game" if you want to get seriously in shape without leaving your home...this is it. Allready loste 10 pounds in 4week workout. Awsome.

Being worked to death never felt so good!

I'm no spring chicken, but I'm in relatively good shape and this program pushes me hard, even on the easy setting. The interface with the instructor is very good and the workout routines are definitely a class act. But it is definitely high impact. I am having trouble since some of the exercises need more room than I have in my small flat, but it is still motivational and fun. I just need to buy a bigger living room! lol
