Lowers blood pressure
It works to lower my blood pressure and I don't have to drink beet juice or take 6 pills a day like the beetroot capsules available in the US. I only take 2 in the morning and my blood pressure is now in normal (below 120/80) range. I was only slightly elevated, but it was enough that the doctors wanted to put me on blood pressure medicine. Natures Aid beetroot capsules - amazing !!!
Researched this product with a view to lowering my blood pressure and it has brought it way down to better than I could have wished for. Absolutely fantastic. Two a day. Honestly love it 😍
