The pills were ordered as my daughter is a RN and takes these gels when she's coming down with a bug and she doesn't have time to be off work. Bought as a herbal antibiotic for Sibo and very happy. I take with garlic pills. The soft gel is so easy to swallow. I thought it would upset stomach or esophagus but no upset at all. I try to take with food but even if food is delayed I've had no trouble because enteric coating. Awesome product awesome value. I will buy again.
