Vented cap saves gas tank and allows engine to run.

Price has more than doubled since I got the last one I'm replacing; but, without the manual vent, my boat won't run. The "compliance" caps make the gas tank swell from pressure on a hot day and cut off the flow of gas to the engine so it dies all the time. This cap solves the problem! Manual vent fuel cap

Just what I was looking for the fuel caps that come with outboard fuel tanks today spill fuel when tank is more than half full. The Manuel fuel caps are much better.

Do not overtighten

It vents and it fits my older tank threads, BUT instead of seating both the vent and the cap if you screw them on and apply any force they strip. they still work when you find the sweet spot afterward but it is annoying.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Do your own venting
