DEAD ON ARRIVAL.....NO TECH SUPPORT
Received a new item in a sealed box and found that it was defective. Their tech support was USELESS. I had to pay a techie to come to the house to diagnose only to find out that they sent a damaged unit. Had to go and buy another unit. Got a Motorola and it works perfectly! NETGEAR IS GARBAGE! Cable Modem with ethernet ports
Overall I really like having additional ethernet ports. However, you cannot change the ip address of these ports.

Provides speed and simplicity.
32 download channels, 8 upload channels, give adequate DOCSIS 3 performance. Virtually no options, as all settings are controlled by the ISP.
