Muppets in Space

One of the better Muppet movies, if you tend to like their silliness. Lots of quotes from other movies, and references from other sources (Cosmic Fish from Hitchhiker's Guide, "...if you build a jacuzzi, they will come" Field of Dreams, several songs from the 70s, etc). Stupid plot, lots of stupid dialog, stupid educational value, but meant to be that way. The Muppet puppeteers are being themselves, and do a good job bringing out their character's personalities. This one moves along better than some of the later ones. Interesting kaleidoscope effect on the closing credits. Adult themes will go over the kids heads, and you'll miss them too if you aren't looking for them.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Brand new DVD, exactly as advertised.

I love this movie and still think its the best Muppet Movie they ever made. It's rarely streamable online so I decided to buy it and I'm very happy I did. The moral of the movie is (as I interpret it), sometimes you may feel a little out of place in the world, and that's okay.
