Motorola HKN6184C USB Programming Cable - Black

Works wonderful and the price is good!

I actually bought this cable to program Mototurbo radios. It’s work great!
Nothing to do with the cable, but when I installed the mototurbo software on my company computer, the software kept saying could not find cable. This was on a new computer with windows 10. I tried the cable on my personal computer, a few years older with windows 10 and the cable worked fine.
When I installed the software, had a error of a C++ driver that wouldn’t install. This was causing my problem with reading the radio.
My IT guy is going to help me look into the issue with that computer.
Cable works great other than that. Good strong quality assembly.

Perfect for me!

Just what I needed, it works great with both my XPR 5550 and 5550e. Now I don't have to fiddle around trying to find the connector on the back of the radio all the time!

Program Away!

Plug and program is a good review for this programing cable. Plugs into the control head if you have a dash mount XTL or APX. I’ve used it with APX 6500 and 8500 in dash and remote configurations. good solid cable,

Good solid cable. the one I bought before this one fell apart and I paid more for it. There is no subitute for OEM style cables, cheap ones even if they cost more are still garbage.

Motorola 5550e programming cable

Uses the mic jack. Works as it should. I think it fits into the mic jack better than the cheaper cables.
