I found it better than palm heart noodles which taste too much like a vegetable.

Guilt Free Pasta-riffic !!!

Fantastic Keto Alternative to pasta. If you rinse it well and cook it as directed you will again enjoy a "pasta" dinner. I use it with homemade alfredo and spaghetti sauce and I truly enjoy eating and Italian dinner with my family again. It does have a fishy odor when you open the bag .. However, drain, rinse well, boil, and steam dry and you will be in pasta heaven again ... GUILT FREE!!! I'll never go back to grain pasta again!
