Heavy duty construction. Holds up to weather without very much maintenance.
I shoot some WD40 lithium lube into the lock tooth about every six months.

Installed the automatic gate on mighty mule 271 with a standard farm 12 ft fence and so far so good
it’s locks automatically when it closes and unlocks when it opens I would recommend
