Hard to find item

Hard to find anymore. I can't stand win 10 which IMHO sucks.

I have to buy a USB WIFI add on for about 16 more dollars.

When I loaded it, I don't know if it is the Windows 7 or the Dell but I do not have WIFI capablilities, I'm guessing it is i the Windows 7 because the Dell has WIFI buttons that now don't work.

It is much easier to purchase and install this Windows 7 SP1 than to reinstall Windows 7, update, then update to SP1 and install a couple hundred more updates which can take days.
