Mastering the art of French cooking.

Brought the book for my husband who enjoys cooking. And wanted to expand it to French cooking.
The recipes are quite good.

it is important to read the advert twice befor buying on Ebay

I am trying to improve my cooking skills. This is not the Julia Childs book as it was written, this has been altered to bring it up to modern standards, this should have been highlighted in the sales advert. It is a nice book and well presented. You cannot compare this with other products. It is a case of buyer beware as with all products on ebay. A must for the kitchen

Fantastic book, old school recipes that are easy to make and very straightforward. My Omelettes have never tasted so good !
