Disappointed

Dry product.

Very disappointing product.came out dry. It took me a while to get something on my lashes.made my eyes itchy.

Don't buy it.

It was all lumpy I threw it away.Did not flow smoothly on the brush.maybe line is 100 percent better.save your money.
