Martin: the Complete Fifth Season (DVD, 1996)

Worse Season

I wanted to finish off my collection of Martin DVDs, and the first few episodes were funny. However, any Martin fan remembers that they rest is pretty much garbage because of the real life tension between allegations of sexual assault brought on from Tisha Campbell-Martin (Gina Payne) and Martin Lawrence (Martin Payne), and it really showed by the clumsy and rushed writing. I guess the writers and actors did the best they could considering the circumstances since a restraining order was in effect, but there is a marked difference between those episodes and previous seasons. But I ordered this anyone just to have all of the seasons. It was a good price and the shipper did a great job delivering it in a professional and timely manner.Vollständige Rezension lesen

''MARTIN''-THE COMPLETE FIFTH AND FINAL SEASON.

This 5th and final season was the best. Even though actress Tisha Campbell did not appear in several episodes due to allegation charges, she did return for the 2 part final episode that ended not only the season but the entire series.
