Zero complaints, works very well!
Looked up specs & buyer's guides, and chose this one for the money. I don't need steam like a jewelry cleaner or a water heater because I can just use hot water- In fact, after an hour or so, it heats up to 140 degrees by itself. So, this basic unit has done better tan I hoped so far, getting polishing compound off of Aluminum parts in no time using just a 1/2 Oz. of Simple Green w/the water. I have Zero complaints. It is also used to clean airbrushes by many folks, and I'll need that soon also so all the better. Fast and easy for sparkling Jewelry
Bought this item for the wife and after cleaning her initial pieces of jewelry she is one happy person. She found the best mixture for her jewelry is one part liquid jewelry cleaner to 6 parts water at 180 seconds. Magnasonic jewelry cleaner works great

Magnasonc professional ultraonic jewelry cleaner
I cleaned my rings as soon as I got it. They cleaned up just like new. I can't believe it only takes water and a little dish soap to do such a great job. Love it!!!!

Don't use for multiple keyboards
This does work in a small scale but I find myself having to put less in it and run it multiple times just to get it to clean something. I used it for cleaning keycaps and it works well to an extent. I think I would go with something more professional next time. It also has some problems with getting heated after my multiple uses. I'm worried about it possibly warping the plastic. the cleaner works great, if your jewelry is really tarnish, do like the cleaner says and you'll get great results. It is real easy to set up and get cleaning.

Great little gadget for a great price. Worked well on a diamond ring, diamond bracelet and gold chain necklace. Easy to figure out how to operate. I recommend this jewelry cleaner.

WORKS WELL FOR MODESTLY PRICED ULTRASONIC CLEANER
Quality is acceptable for a relatively cheap cleaner. Works well as a modestly priced ultrasonic cleaner. No power off switch to totally electrically powers off unit to stop any power use.

Great home unit
It works great as a small home unit, but obviously its not as powerful as a larger commercial one. So I just use soap and run it longer. The timer function is great too. A++
