Does all it says
I like the simple fact that I can set it and go do something else.
if there is one drawback, I dont see any way to pause it, so if you need to stop it for any reason and look inside, you have to start the time all over again. this is not a big deal once you have your qty properly adjusted. I find it works better with a full batch vs the minimum batch.

Fast and easy
It's nice and can save time. You can do lots of stuff while you wait don't have to keep checking. The one bad thing is it's hard to clean and make sure you don't get any water in it
