MYNT3D Professional Printing 3D Pen With OLED Display

Very impressive and useful piece of hand-held equipment. Lots of fun!

I'm impressed with this pen! As I don't have any other experience in 3D modelling, this is a great place to start. It is definitely not a toy, at least in todays mind. I grew up in the 1960's when all toys were dangerous! The nozzle end and heated plastic do get hot enough to burn. The plastic cools right away, but setting the nozzle down touching clothing might burn a hole.
Working with it takes practice. Straight lines and consistent size are tricky! Everything I do with it is fun, no matter what it looks like. My use for it is in Model Railroading and creating tiny parts, accessories, plants, etc. and the pen is perfect for that. The plastic can be easily painted with acrylic paints but there is a rainbow of colors available.
Once I get to handling it better, it will be very fun and useful to me! I would allow a 12 year old child to use it, but in a specific 'work shop' environment only like any electric tool.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Small cooler shocks

Keeps my lunch really cold. Had 2 in cooler and drinks had slush in them and was over 90 that day. Great product. I have the small one and 3 of the Large one, Now just need a couple of the medium ones and I'm set.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Met my expectations

Works for me just as I expected. For the price I am happy with the purchase. I've been able to do some touchups and repairs on other plastics I own and some I have printed on a 3d printer. With the little experience I have with it the repairs were functional but not pretty, but that is more of a testament to my experience level than the product. Nicely made but defective.

This is a beautifully built piece of equipment with an easy-to-read display. Unfortunately, Mine is defective and will not load filament. One desn't expect these things in a more expensive product like this one compared to the inexpensive ones I've used in the past. I've contacted support at MYNT3D for help. Worst thing I’ve ever bought

After opening it the filament they sent with it crumbled in the package then I went to use it and the power cord wouldn’t stay attached. Once I figured out how to tape the cord on it worked for about 5 minutes then the retract button stuck down now it’s unusable!!Vollständige Rezension lesen
