Well worth the money! Keeps the sun off of my neck and face way better than just the hard hat alone. Doesn’t really weigh anything at all so it doesn’t add much weight to your hat, about like a headlight or a little less. Snaps securely to the rim so it won’t just fall off or anything. I am operating a paver and i needed something to help keep the polymer oil off me and cut down on the bright sunlight.
