Great deal super product
I have an older MSA hard hat and this liner did not fit 100% so I took the web from the old one and installed on new ratchet headband section now all is GOOD!

Need to make plastic clips sturdier
The ratchet and adjustments are great, but the plastic attachments to my helmet are flimsy and I had to wrap them in electric tape so they would not break

Fits too low on the back of the head
Im not a big fan of this suspension. It sits too low on the back of my head and causes discomfort.
