MRC AD520 DCC Auto Reverse Module - Black

Appears to be a good product

I don't know how durable it will be,however it does work as designed.
Installation was quite easy and the unit will be hidden away in the scenery when finished.

Sorry, yes, some people need to be told that!
When used in DCC, with insulated rails enclosing the entire reverse loop or wye, it's just 2 wires to the loop track, and 2 wires to the main bus. Period. So easy, the most Liberal of people can even figure it out!! 😲 😜

turntable reverse.

This Module does what it is to do. I installed it on my turntable and no problem what so ever. For the price and peace of mind, well worth it.

Didn't work for me.

The AD520 might work for you, it has for others. The AD520 causes a short in my NCE controlled HO layout when locos enter my reverse loop. The short happens immediately as the loco hits the gapped rails into the reverse section. The relay clicks continuously trying to set itself. Even with a 5 amp booster, the trip current is too high for my needs It was replaced with Digitrax AR1 which has adjustable trip current and functions properly in my layout.Vollständige Rezension lesen
