This shower head holder surprisingly has strong suction but user must ensure a clean surface (free from dust/ soapy residue etc) otherwise it falls off earlier. Good enough for a quick shower.

Doesn't hold heavy shower arms. Only very light ones.

I bought this for my disabled mother who needs a lower shower lowered, but the shower head we have is heavy and every time I would turn on the water with it in this holder, the shower head would fall out, and even hit me in the back.
