Upgraded from a Harmony 890, love it
Got the app for our phones, hub allows many functions from app. I also like that the main used comtrols are on the touch pad. This leaves less buttons to mess up. I recommend this remote if you have 2 or more av products.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Ready to enjoy After challenging programming
My title says it all. I've Programmed 4 harmony remotes via my Mac. Could not program the Ultimate via the Mac, probably because I chose not to disable virus protection. Ultimately succeeded programming using my PC with Windows 10. Also enjoy iPhone/iPad app usage. Vollständige Rezension lesen

Upgraded from a Harmony One
Overall a nice upgrade from my old remote but it's not perfect. The big color display is nice and the favorite channel icons are very neat. The tactile (vibrating) feedback is helpful. The touchscreen/remote are a bit slow to react to touchscreen commands, however. Some of the 'hard' buttons don't always do what you expect them to do as though they are programmed incorrectly but this applied only to one or maybe two buttons only. Big learning curve, be patient
I'm very tech-literate, but I have had a bit of a struggle with this. Ended up getting everything set up the way I want, including my smart lights, but I can not, for the life of me, get it to power my Chromecast w/Google TV on and off. Remote is great.
Great remote. Able to copy programming from other ligitech remote. Use lock screen or you will inadvertantly change channels or other settings when using pause etc.

Horrible instructions great product after that
VERY POOR setup instructions. Instructions improperly written. Hub was very difficult to pair. First yime I called support and after 1 hour on the call, I was told it was defective and to return it. Ordered another one. Same problems, but 5his time support was more patient and walked me throught the set up. Harmony Remote
This is a great remote as it controls all 6 of my devices, eliminate all of their remotes. I really can't say that it's difficult to programme as I had the Geek Squad come in for that part.

Dead on arrival
I have heard high rating about this device and excited to be able to get a refurbished unit. However, to my disappointment it does not work. The firmware on the device I received was dated and it must be updated before I can program it. I spent 6 hours in trying to do the upgrade and tried every methods that I learned from the internet. The connection between the device and computers (tried upgrade on 3 different PCs) keep dropping during the upgrade process. I gave up after 6 hours.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Amazing!
This remote does require some basic knowledge of the equipment your programming. That's just my thoughts. Myself, I understand it clearly. I'm very pleased with the ease of method programming the different devices. Some reviews I read elsewhere kinda worried me after my purchase.
