Received the remote today.. it was new!! I took it out of package and clean it up!! the batteries were missed up! set the remote up with Logitech..twice!! The remote is bad.. the only thing that comes up on the screen is "welcome to your remote" I've changed batteries & pushed every button on the remote and will not do anything else. My 2nd 550.

Great price & very good condition. Programming the remote takes awhile. You'll spend a good amount of time tweaking your component & activity settings. Stick with it until everything is working the way you want and you'll wonder how you ever lived without one.
PS My dog chewed on my 1st one and while it still works I thought I'd like to have a back up. The newer ones cost way more and I don't need one that will control my thermostat or start my car.Vollständige Rezension lesen

OK remote for simpler systems.

It works good if your system isn't overly complicated. The remote case was sticky (an age thing), but I was able to clean it. Doesn't play well with my ROKU TV. Not a great value for the price, but it is good. Does not work with the upgraded MyHarmony app, and the features are limited with the software it comes with.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Does the job well.

I've used this particular model (Logitech Harmony 550) since 2007 with a number of different devices. Never had any problem with not recognizing a device. Only replaced it because it lost "volume down" function and I haven't opened it up yet. This one is dimmer than my original and the rubber shell outer cover was deteriorated but restored with windex and lots of elbow grease.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Better than expected!

I purchased this item knowing it was used. It arrived on time and to my surprise it was even better than expected. For some reason the picture didn't do it justice. It was like brand new!

Good replacement remote

This was purchased as a replacement remote. Our former remote of the same brand and model was worn out and needed replacement. This was a very cost effective option vs. purchasing a new remote. Oldie but goodie .. Still works well

This is an older model Harmony Unified remote, but still works well for what I need.
