Awesome headset but has some flaws.

I love the headset, I hate the earcups as they squeeze my head and it feels so hard against my face, however I bought new earcups and a pilot pad for it and it's the most comfortable headset ever now. The charging port disconnects a little when charging whilst in on my head but i don't usually do this so it's fine and it also depends on the android charger. The sound of this headset is amazing and the bass is the best i've heard on a headset. They look so nice even though i feel they look too bulky on my head. Otherwise they are awesome. Battery life is decent but not amazing and the range goes all around my house apart from my bathroom. One annoying thing is the software is kind of terrible so I have to restart it quite often if I don't shut down my laptop and just put it to sleep. Also I use it with the headphone jack in my phone, or the usb dongle in my laptop, computer and xbox (kind of awkward for xbox but I plug the usb into any power source and a 3.5mm jack wire from the usb to the controller for movies)Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Over all a nice piece of hardware with extremely good surround sound for its cots! Would recommend.

Pros:
The headphones feel great and are quite lite on the head.
The surround sound is amazing (personally love the Dolby Surround Sound instead of the DTS).
Thru the app there are quite a lot of comestible features for the headphones.
Without RGB lighting they can work for over 11h without charging.
The macros are fully comestible and even sound profile, macros and RGB lighting can be set up to specific games if needed.
The base and sound quality is amazing.
Can set up your own custom sound equalizations.
The pairing is automatic and I personally have been having 0 problems with it.

Cons:
Personally don't really see the point of the RGB lighting.
A micro USB charging port which don't have the longest life span (get a magnetic charging cable).
The microphone quality is really bad.
A bit hard to understand the buttons/macro keys on the headphones but I personally don't use them that often so it's just a preference.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

G933, quality sound

Great all round headphones with a lot of features. Plays with just about everything. Only negative point I can find is the software is only pc/windows compatible and does not work with my MacBook.

Great design, comftable and cheap compared to other suppliers

Great headset with awesome audio. Reviews online say that the headset can fall off from the back of your head when lean back but it DOES NOT and if it does, then I recommend slightly just positioning it slightly back so that weight is evenly distributed (doesn't do it on me because I have a big head :) ) . The headset came fully working with all instructions, cables and the main headset.

Bad parts

Build quality is kinda crap, plastic everything that squeaks when you move your head.

Logitech G933 Artemis Headset

This is probably the best gaming headset I've used in a long time and the price does break the bank like some of the other models, has a long battery life and looks awesome with the multi function LED lights, it's very comfortable to wear and covers the full ear you don't even know your wearing it. The micro phone folds down and has very good communication.

So if your looking for a top of the range gaming headset I would really chose this item you really carnt go wrong and wound be disappointed with it.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Product isnt working any more after 4 months

I was using Logitech G933 headset from time to time to play FPS games otherwise I use my speakers. After sometime I had to reset the headphones as they would remain asleep regardless if I were to turn them on or off they would remain asleep at the Logitech software. The issue only became greater with time soon I had to reinstall the software every time I would turn the headphones off as it would not work. Now regardless of reinstallation of Logitech drivers software and both resets at the dongle and headphones and removing the battery drivers panel will always say that headphones are asleep and headphones would blink green and do 3 beeps each time I turn them on. Tried all different USB slots as well and tried my 2nd computer just to eliminate any possible interference.

I am really disappointed with the product especially that it costs so much, I only wanted it because I have keyboard and mouse from the same "G" series and they never gave me trouble.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

They are not worth the hassle!

This is the second Logitech G headset I have purchased, (G930/G933) and they both have the same disconnect issues, one bought in 2010 so Logitech have had plenty of time to address these issues.I have done everything suggested by Logitech by downloading new firmware and so on (twice), but nothing works...
Even tho I love my Logitechs, I will never purchase another Logitech product again.

Best gaming headset I've owned to date, work perfectly on all platforms, keep my ears warm on longer sessions, amazing bass, build quality is good, handy wireless dongle is stored in one ear piece.>Bought a generic case to store these in, love them to pieces.
