Got my opener working again

This receiver replaced my original receiver that is about 30 years old and was made in Novi Michigan. I had to straighten the antenna and position it just the right place to get the door to open if I wasn't very close to the door. The furthest distance the door will activate from is about 40 feet. My original receiver would open the door at twice that distance. This receiver is made in China. It is an acceptable replacement but not as good as the original.Vollständige Rezension lesen

OUTSTANDING REPLACEMENT RECEIVER and SETUP

REPLACED a older Receiver and our last remote with THIS Receiver! There are just 3 WIRES so installation was a "snap". Works out to 24VAC / RELAY / 24VAC.

New setup has VERY decent range and the Remotes ~ quite reasonable!

No more getting out of the car in the rain to run the door up on the shop

Hooked up perfectly to our Allstar AUD commercial door opener and was running within moments. Remote was easy to pair up with the receiver and worked flawlessly from the get-go.

Disappointed with dead battery. Just took longer to fugure out.

Easy setup. HOWEVER IT CAME WITH A DEAD BATTERY. At first I could not figure out why I could not prgam this and get ti to work..

Works on my 35 year old garage door opener

The original 35 year old one probably still works; found a broken wire when I took it off.
But I put this new one on anyway...even though made in China it works fine.
