Zinc Citrate in reliable Lindens quality
I am not taking this product for all the good purposes mentioned in the product description but in support of my thyroid gland (together with other supplements). I only started taking it a few days ago, so it is really a bit too early to say whether the product helps with my thyroids. Treatment for psoriasis
I wanted to wait before writing a review. So I purchased Lindens Zinc on the 18th Dec, to treat psoriasis that was spreading on my elbows and knees. I've had psoriasis for just under 5 years. A friend had been suggesting Zinc but for one reason or another I put off trying it. I wish I listened sooner! My left elbow has pretty much cleared up. The right arm is taking longer to heal, there's a small amount of flaky scales but it is clearing slowly. I take 1/2 a tablet a day with food. Much cheaper and better in my view.

Great at fighting viruses
I read somewhere that zinc is great for stopping viruses replicating themselves so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve now been taking zinc daily for almost 2 years & in all that time I’ve never had a cold or sniffle or been run down which happens a lot to me . I really think zinc helps. It is hard to evaluate the efficacy of this product but in theory zinc is good for the immune system and these are very easy to take.
