Lift master 881LM motion detecting control panel.

Great closer
love the auto closing feature for when I forget to close the door. After set time it does it by itself. Motion sensor light activation is a nice bonus.
Get this, you won't regret it.

Liftmaster with yellow learn button
My Liftmaster opener installed in 2017 has a yellow learn button; I wanted a motion detection control so garage opener light automatically turns on when I leave house and enter my attached garage in early morning; this works great... installation took about 1 minute; as a bonus my garage door now will close automatically 10 minutes after I open it (just in case I forget to close it). Great Support from Liftmaster.
I called Liftmaster to explain my need. I was advisaed this product and true enough this was the exact product I needed. I did my own research initially and came up with a different model which, I was also advised, was not appropriate for my need.
