safe and works great

I love this Bagel Slicer. I'd tried 2 other styles before this, and they were a total waste of money. I paid more than the other cheapies that didn't work, but you get your money's worth with this one. I finally found one that does a safe and easy job slicing bagels. Clever product

Purchased this product for my husband.....and with all men they can always be on the lookout for a shortcut. Thus...the bagel slicer. Best purchase for men who have to make their own breakfast.

Does a good job

Bagels toast evenly now.

Works really great. Cuts bagels evenly so they toast evenly. When I used to cut by hand, they were always uneven.

the only thing I would liked to see added is an attachment that makes it easy to keep the two two pieces of the guillotine together when it's not in use.

Guillotines still the best slicer for the past 250 years.

It is a good replacement for the wooden cradle we had and which the bread knife literally sawed into splinters. The guillotine is a safer, more aesthetic solution.
