A good purchase
There were a lot of very tiny pieces, the 1 dot type and single row pieces. I really wanted the larger blocks so my 4 year old grandson could build houses etc.

LOVE LEGGOS
LEGGOS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ARE THE GREATEST TOY IDEA EVER. FORCES CHILDREN TO USE THEIR IMAGINATION. I PLAY WITH THEM WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND WE ARE ALWAYS SURPRISED AT THE CONCOCTIONS WE COME UP WITH. SOME KITS ARE NICE BUT WE PREFER THE ASSORTED PIECES. Small set but nice.
I actually haven't given the set to my grandson yet. He is turning 3 in a couple of weeks and I bought this for him not realizing that it contained so many teeny tinny pieces I think I am going to have to wait for his 4th birthday to give it to him. He still likes to put things in his mouth and I am afraid with all the small pieces he could choke. They are nice and the only reason only 4 stars is because I haven't used them yet. Flat isn't block
As I have noticed when buying most mixed sets of legos whether it be blocks, see through, or completely random. It's always mostly small pieces. There are alot of pieces that we will never use close to the amount we have for what ever we build. The idea of blocks is just that. There were lots and lots of flat single and double pieces. A disappointingly small bag
I am not great understanding measurements and quantity/volume, but I was surprised at the small package of small Lego pieces I received.i could kick myself as I sold a FULL gallon zip lock bag of nice size Lego blocks at a garage sale for $20.00, which I'm now trying to replace for my therapy practice. 14 cents per block
I am a grandfather. My daughter chose these for her children. She felt deceived. Do you know how few 100 blocks are? It was an excellent learning experience! One teeny piece for 14 cents is not a good deal. But smile and know you can do better. My next batch I bought by the lb. 4 cents a block. Much much better. But thanks anyway. Not as advertised
Mostly 1x1 pieces. Not what the photo shows. Definitely not enough to build anything remotely useful.
