Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (Sega Dreamcast, 2000)

The Sega Dreamcast version of this game, is the definitive version!

Wow, this game genuinely feels like a blast from the past! The Dreamcast version of Legacy Of Kain; Soul Reaver, is practically the definitive version of the game! Mostly, because not only do the textures look better, but the game is at a locked 60FPS. The gameplay itself is a bit dated, but not enough to break immersion, or take you out of the game. My main gripe, is that the camera feels a bit too claustrophobic & it can sometimes give you a sense of vertigo. I do wished they'd set the camera back a bit.

Other than that, this is a great addition to ANYONE'S gaming library & definitely a solid port of a great game!Vollständige Rezension lesen

Great introduction

I had never played this game when I purchased it but had heard great reviews. Although the game doesn't tell you everything that doesn't hurt the experience. This game is free-form fun and compelling. The story and art are both very good and the gameplay is extremely fun once you come to grips with what the game is demanding of the player.

I would recommend playing this game.

I originally owned & played it on a PlayStation. I got a hdmi adapter for a Dreamcast, & played it again after receiving the game. I liked it when it 1st was released, & still like it today.

One of my all time favorite games with an amazing story that's in mint condition and still sealed. Just an awesome deal!
