He tried to use it first as binoculars!
Great piece of kit for curious youngsters. Bought as a birthday present for our three year old grandson. It took a few minutes to persuade him that it wasn't a pair of binoculars. Very good for small hands
I bought this for my 5 year old grandson as he had asked me for a microscope for his birthday, so he could look at bugs. He was very pleased and started looking for things to put under it. Cool for infant investigation
The gadget is cool to get the kids interested in exploring and investigation, however the lens wasn't as clear as I had thought based on the reviews.
