Fine acting in this period drama

Great to see a very young Helena Bonham Carter in full flow! She is superb in this production which, although very obviously made quite a while ago, soon engages the audience with the excellent cast and fine acting all round. Excellent cast. Sara Kestelman is outstanding as Jane’s mother. A teenage couple, forced to marry, unaware of their parent’s conspiracy to make Jane queen.
