LEGO Camper Van is a good choice

It came mostly assembled, but no instructions (for future reference).
Nothing broken. Decal slightly peeled on edges.
Good flexibility for creativity. 3 yr old Child loves it.

Clean, complete, and nostalgic

All the pieces were accounted for, and in great condition. This was the first Lego set I ever put together as a child, so it was a very nostalgic experience.
